The Puyallup Valley Dog Fanciers (PVDF) is a non-profit organization and one of the leading purebred dog clubs in the Pacific Northwest.
Founded in 1972, PVDF is recognized as a regional club by the American Kennel Club (AKC), the nation’s leading organization devoted to the advancement of purebred dogs.
Club Goals
To promote and protect the interest of the purebred fancy in the civic arena;
To promote educational activities relating to purebred dogs;
To promote the highest standards for sportsmanship, ethics and human relations in the sport of purebred dogs;
To produce the highest quality dog shows commanding the greatest respect of the exhibitors, the general dog fancy and the judges.
What We Do?
PVDF supports the needs of purebred dogs and their owners in the Puyallup area. Our members exhibit their dogs and have interests in various dog sports including:

PVDF is part of a three-club cooperative that hosts 2 of the largest dog shows in the Pacific Northwest:
Western Washington Winter Cluster – held each January in Puyallup
